&lt;p&gt;Cette lettre hebdomadaire sera largement consacr&#233;e &#224; l'analyse du premier document transmis par la DRH dans la perspective de la r&#233;union du 9 mars sur la mise en &#339;uvre du RIFSEEP pour les corps techniques. Vous le verrez ces documents transmis moins de 48h avant la r&#233;union aux organisations syndicales s'apparentent &#224; une provocation ou alors la DRH ne sait pas utiliser le tableur Excel&#8230; la question m&#233;rite d'&#234;tre pos&#233;e tant le d&#233;calage est fort entre les annonces et la r&#233;alit&#233; des chiffres ! Cette semaine devait se tenir le Comit&#233; Technique Minist&#233;riel qui doit rendre un avis sur les textes relatifs &#224; la bascule des corps techniques dans le RIFSEEP . &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Devait se tenir, car faute de quorum suite au boycott d'une majorit&#233; d'organisations syndicales il a &#233;t&#233; ajourn&#233; et sera reconvoqu&#233; le 29 octobre 2021. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Le SNAFiT avait de son c&#244;t&#233; fait le choix de la participation &#224; cette instance en d&#233;posant 18 amendements afin de tenter d'am&#233;liorer les modalit&#233;s de bascule (&#8230;)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2,78 millions d'euros, c'est le montant confirm&#233; par la DRH en mati&#232;re de mesures cat&#233;gorielles visant &#224; revaloriser les primes de la fili&#232;re technique en 2021. Ce montant sera r&#233;parti entre l'ensemble des corps percevant les ISS / PSR dans des proportions que la DRH pr&#233;cisera courant septembre 2021. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Parall&#232;lement le MTE mettra sur la table 0,415 million d'euros pour revaloriser les personnels techniques du minist&#232;re de l'Agriculture en position normal d'activit&#233; (PNA) sur des postes du (&#8230;)&lt;/p&gt;
